    Moscow Mule Recipe:
Why copper cups for Moscow Mules you ask? Years of tradition demand that the Moscow Mule must be poured into a 100% copper mug to be served properly. The shiny copper color and the hand hammered appearance of the tumbler help elevate the senses as you sip your cocktail. You know you’re getting something special when you see your beverage served in a copper cup.

Fill your copper Moscow Mule cups with ice (chill mugs for superior results.)
Pour 4 oz Ginger beer and 1 1/2 oz Vodka over the ice in your copper cups for Moscow Mules.
Add 1/6 oz of lime juice.
    Stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
The lime, in the Moscow Mule, and the vodka as well, cause the copper to begin oxidation which charges the cocktail with electrons making the beverage taste better. When you touch the copper mug to your lips, you get that tangy earthy taste the copper has to offer.
The Story of the Moscow Mule
Where did the Moscow Mule come from? No one really knows for sure, although there are a couple of stories. One thing’s for sure, it originated in the Cock and Bull Bar in Los Angeles around 1940. One version of the story claims the owner of the bar who had just purchased a Vodka company created it as a way to encourage the sale of Vodka. Another story says the head bartender created it because he was trying to use up his overstock of ginger beer. No matter which story you believe, these 100% Copper Moscow Mule Tumblers make a great gift for yourself or someone else!

Scientific studies have shown that copper removes impurities from water due to what is called the ‘oligodynamic’ effect- the antimicrobial properties of certain metals.
Copper is an essential trace mineral that our body requires for metabolic functioning
Since the human body cannot synthesize copper, we need to obtain it from dietary sources. Foods such as nuts, legumes, leafy greens and seafood can be great sources of copper. However, they only provide small amounts of copper, leading us to find the balance from other sources like drinking copper infused water.
Copper helps neutralize toxins, ionize and balance the pH in water making the water fit for consumption.
Other benefits include: reducing inflammation, improving digestion and boosting immunity

Do not place tumblers in dishwasher or microwave.
